The following information will be stored until you've requested deletion: IP Address, Message, User Agent, Additional HTTP Headers in your Form Submission, Amount Of Requests. Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
For our other services, we may leave additional cookies to verify your authentication. These will be saved to your machine from "idp.dwxenterprises.net", also known as SabreSSO, our signon service used for central authentication for our customers.
Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. We also use the payment processor, Stripe. Their privacy policy can be found at https://stripe.com/privacy. If you do not wish to use Stripe for payments, we do offer cryptocurrency alternatives.
Otherwise, all data is stored and remains with us and shared with no third party.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our services, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. This includes email addresses, username, given name, and the IP address you've signed up from. If you've opted in for two-factor authentication using a FIDO2 or similar USB security key (such as Yubikey, Google Titan, or similar), we may use the information about your security key for verification upon the multi-factor prompt.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
You can also request deletion and removal of your account under Settings at https://idp.dwxenterprises.net
Where your data is sent
We may use any comments you leave as well as any forms you submit with our Nexus Network Insights service to detect for harmful content and spam. Should this comment not be harmful, advertise illicit items, or otherwise not be seen as unwanted, your message will then be sent to their respective subjects.
